GoogleMaps also works offline. You can download maps of your city or the place you mean to visit, and punch in where you are and where you want to get to, and they direct and navigate you, along with some limited feature set of turn-by-turn
instructions. It’s very effective,works great and is absolutely free. To activate this feature, open the settings menu when you have an active connection, and choose make available offline. Then choose the region you want to be stored.
